We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your product anywhere other than VIKAUSA.com, you must return to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

• We will not refund original shipping charges. Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

Our products are designed and manufactured to comply with the highest of quality standards and controls. Our warranty covers all defects in materials or manufacturing that appear under conditions of normal product use for a period of up to 2 years. We will replace all items that clearly have a manufacturing or material defect.

Please Note:

• We can only replace items that have been purchased online. If your item has a material or manufacturing defect and it was purchased at a retailer, you must return it to the place of purchase for refund or exchange.
• Your VIKA Twofold has been manufactured to exact specifications. We will only replace items for defects that appear under normal use conditions. We will not replace damaged items due to user mishandling.
• We will not replace items that have been accidentally broken, lost, or used in ways other than intended.
• Wear-and-tear that appears under conditions of normal use does not constitute a defect and will not be grounds for a replacement.
